![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() KRONOS-88 Gold, MacBook Pro, Apollo Twin X, Luna, Logic Pro X, MainStage With no OS driver support for Catalina I felt like it was not going to ever work. I even tried another DAW and it didn't work either. I have audio working perfectly in Logic but Logic will not record midi. Please Please Please tell me how you got BOTH AUDIO and MIDI working in Logic 10.5 with Kronos. The Korg MIDI driver won't install, but the Apple drivers support the midi and audio just fine, and I don't use the Kronos App, these days.įor it and the plugin that doesn't function, I have them installed on my older machines with Mojave. I bought a Macbook Pro recently which only come s with Catalina installed. But it would still be useful to know what would be lost by moving to an OS that only supports 64 bit.įrom what I understand, Mojave unofficially lets 32bit apps work, but with a warning. Moving from High Sierra to Mojave sounds like a reasonable compromise in the short term. Other important stuff: Kronos2-73, Studiologic NC2X, NI Komplete Ultimate 11, Sonuscore Elysion and Orchestra, Pianoteq, Experimenta Due. The companions I can't live without: Kawai Acoustic Grand, Kawai MP11SE, Yamaha Montage8, Korg D1 I have a mac running Mojave, and it updated Logic Pro X to 10.5 It would be a shame if such things stopped working post upgrade. And I have in the past used the Nanopad2 editor. I use bobmusic's very helpful Logic multi instrument environment to access Kronos's various programs/banks from within Logic. With the latest version of Logic (10.5) apparently only available on Catalina, what, if any, Kronos functionality/connectivity would be lost by doing this upgrade? From what I've read it appears that things like the editor and the Karma software (neither of which I currently use) may not work, but is there anything else that could be compromised? e.g. Posted: Sat 4:55 pm Post subject: Kronos, Catalina and Logic Profile Log in to check your private messages Log in Owned by Irish Acts Recording Studio & hosted by KORG USAįAQ Search Memberlist Usergroups Register Korg Forums :: View topic - Kronos, Catalina and LogicĪ forum for Korg product users and musicians around the world. ![]()
